Kadoorie Estate

Following a recent trip to China, RSA has been commissioned by the Kadoorie Trust to re-energise the prestigious Kadoorie Estate in
Kowloon.

Developed in 1931 on a bare hillside by the Hong Kong Engineering & Construction Co, the estate is renowned as one of the most illustrious places to live in Hong Kong, especially given detached houses are something of a rarity. The landscaping is tired and in need of a new master plan planting strategy, plus there is a desire to create a sense of modernity that will greatly complement the charming colonial properties.
