Garden design for Edwardian House

Randle Siddeley was involved in the sympathetic landscaping of a newly refurbished Edwardian House overlooking the golf course. The aim of the design was to create a balance between the house and its surroundings. Softened by the cypress trees, borders of wisteria and hundreds of agapanthus mixed with lavender, now descend to the main entrance from the colonnade.

The existing paving, which was removed and reused on the pool terrace, was replaced with creamy yellow York paving stones. Planting for the scheme was carefully chosen to screen and diffuse the architectural disparities as well as enhance the garden views.
