Landscape design for Sochi Belyi Parus, Russia

RSA were appointed with “PRP Architects” to prepare concept design proposals for the proposed exclusive residential resort development on the Black Sea Sochi Belyi Parus project in Sochi, Russia.

RSA developed landscape conceptual ideas and an overall landscape strategy for the external ‘outside’ environment. Focus was on the key character areas including the hotel and office frontage, the boulevard, the hotel podium gardens, the residential podium gardens, the promenade and the various servicing and ancillary areas.

This project involved research of the history and culture of Sochi and the surrounding region, seeking to understand how RSA’s proposals can create a meaningful and unique place, adding value to the development and the rich heritage of the city.
