Set in 10 acres, The Old Rectory near Winchester was worthy of a more gracious setting that would afford the house a presence in keeping with its elegant, red brick Georgian architecture.

The restoration and design of the garden (a former marshland) included the re-creation of sweeping 18th century driveway and a new lake to separate the estate from a public footpath.
