An award-winning scheme partnered with BURA and Water Ways Trust for the area-based regeneration. Design developed in association with Haskoll architects and designers.
The Oracle provides a total and comprehensive redevelopment of the River Kennet creating a vibrant riverside environment in the heart of Reading’s town centre. The master plan links the shopping area to the leisure environment, all located around a waterside promenade.
The large civic spaces along the river provide suitable scale and setting for the buildings whilst allowing leisure activities to thrive without dominating the area.
